Walk pass this restaurant on Saturday, lucky enough to get a table for 3 but need to return by 1:30. If you don’t have booking chances of getting a table is very low on weekend. Food was amazing, we enjoy all the dishes including the starters. Out of the 3 main the risotto was most impressive, it was really tasty, prawns you can tell were fresh so as the other seafood. They also have a daily special which I definitely would try next time. Service was excellent, staffs were very friendly, and I’m surprised that they change our plate and culinary after starters. Strongly recommended but make sure you make a booking.
I visited for the first time with my wife and friends. We really enjoyed it. Cosy restaurant, friendly staff, quick service and delicious food. I really recommend it to our family and friends. See you next time and all the best!
Great Italian restaurant, serving quality dishes at a very good price. The restaurant is quaint and the staff very friendly. We arrived without a booking and were catered for within a few minutes. Ordered Calamari as a starter and Veal Milanese, both meals were very good. Very good value for money. Would recommend
Went to this place with family and friends who were craving for Italian, as we had heard a lot of good things about this place. We were surprised to find a table without a reservation. The place has a nice feel with a lot of character. The service was good but would have preferred it if they did not constantly try to rush us for the order. The cocktails were more syrup less alcohol. The food was very bland and lacked flavour key things to expect from good Italian. The pizza was no where what one would expect. And the place is quite pricey.
I had the aubergine parmigiana for starters and a roasted red pepper and chicken pasta for my main. We finished with tiramisu and creme brûlée. My friend had been here previously and had the marry me pasta with roasted tomatoes and chicken and raved about it. However I personally felt let down by the food I found the aubergine soft but overall quite watery and lacking flavour. The same for the pasta, the peppers were soft but there was no sweet roasted flavour. The desserts were pretty good, I would recommend the two we tried. Our server was polite and friendly. However they took staff break to eat their food in the restaurant area and were playing a video full volume on their phone with no headphones which impacted the atmosphere.
